Delivery & shippingcosts (outside the Netherlands)

• The charges for shipments outside the Netherlands, but in the countries Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Austria, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Sweden, UK and other EU countries are €14,95 - €22,95 or €34,95. Countries outside Europe on request.
• Changing or returning goods is possible within 14 days. The customer pays the shipping costs for returning goods and the shipping/paypal costs we made.

Shipment

• We ship all orders by TNT / postNL. You can change the invoice address and shipping address in "My Account".
• Although we make every effort to keep the availability of our products up to date, it could happen that a product has run out of stock.
• After receipt of the payment we will start handling your order immediately. You will receive your order within 5 days (EU). UK and outside Europe > 5 days.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage during the TNT / postNL transport.
